Multiple reliable outlets, including AP and Reuters (tier 1), ESPN, UPI and NBC, quote a Kraft statement giving exactly these three grounds for barring Macklemore from the Gillette Stadium shows. The extracted claim is a faithful paraphrase of the post, and no source contradicts it.

The host relays this claim without endorsing it. It counts as passed on, not against the post.

What we found

Supports. Kraft's statement, quoted by ESPN and UPI, cites 'recent actions, material shared from the stage during Ed Sheeran's shows in New Jersey, and a broader history of antisemitic rhetoric and imagery' as the basis for the decision.[4][5]

Supports. AP reports that Kraft said the decision to cancel Macklemore was a result of his recent comments 'and a broader history of antisemitic rhetoric and imagery,' and Reuters reports Kraft's statement that he felt a responsibility to stand up when a line had been crossed.[1][2]

Supports. NBC News and Sports Business Journal both report that Kraft's statement based the decision on the three listed grounds, with the stated reasoning matching the claim.[3][6]

Context. Macklemore disputes the antisemitism characterization and says Kraft pressured other venues. Those are the claimant's assertions, not a contradiction of Kraft's stated reasons.[2][7]
